Empathy
I seek to understand first, then I seek to help. I listen without interrupting. I am fully present in the moment and take personal interest in what is important to others. I treat others the way I want to be treated, therefore the decisions I make for my students, teachers, and community are indicative of an all-inclusive and collaborative culture.
Respect
I lead with appreciation. I don't have to be the smartest person in the room and I am always open to new learning opportunities. I believe that people strive to do thier best and I give credit where is it is due.
